Recognising this as a common challenge, especially for users with limited power access, we saw an opportunity to innovate. In response, our team developed the soft-spi; a software version of the i-spi that enables users to connect and manage Netcelero’s smart secure remote access directly through their router without needing additional hardware. Now, customers can enjoy secure access without the hassle of additional power adapters, making setup simpler and more efficient. This solution not only demonstrates our commitment to listening to customers but also showcases our innovation focus on creating adaptable, user-friendly products that meet practical needs.
Simplicity
Netcelero’s tagline is “Simplifying Secure Connectivity,” and this isn’t just a phrase—it’s the foundation of everything we do. From viewing KPIs at a glance to configuring devices and validating port forwards, every action is designed for simplicity and ease of use.
With multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhancing security, the portal allows users to manage their VPN profile certificates, access critical metrics, and gain insights without requiring extensive networking knowledge. By taking the complexity out of networking, we empower customers to focus on their business goals instead of technical roadblocks. This simplified user experience not only boosts customer satisfaction but also improves efficiency, helping them achieve more with less effort.
