Download the soft-spi certificate from the Netcelero Portal on to an on-site router such as a Teltonika, where your NVR or cameras are located.

The soft-spi will then tunnel back to our servers and via these tunnels we provide OpenVPN connectivity and a public IPV4 address with 4 port forwards which are in your control.
Client and ARC can communicate with the on-site cameras and NVR without any modification to onsite firewalls or network changes.

The soft-spi is unlike traditional connectivity options like roaming sims or private APNs. It is a truly agnostic system.

The static IP and four port forwards offer a smart solution for immediate access to cameras. What’s more, the port forwards are always in your control, not somebody else’s, giving you the power to configure and implement instantly without waiting for vendor support. Our secure remote connection software will then automatically test and validate them after you configure.

Now the Client and ARC can communicate with the on-site security cameras and NVRs without any modification to on-site firewalls or routers.

If there is an issue on site, the advanced and intelligent Netcelero software provides a secure tunnel to access the NVR, so any problems can be solved remotely – quickly and simply.
